Affiliate Program Terms

The following Affiliate Program Terms (“Terms”) apply to individuals (“Affiliates”) who participate in the Bitzag Affiliate Program operated by Bitzag LLC (“Bitzag,” “we, ” “our,” or “us”). By joining the Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms in addition to our Terms of Service.
Affiliate Eligibility and Conduct: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and our Terms of Service. Use of spam, misleading claims, coupon farming, or unauthorized paid ads on Bitzag brand keywords is prohibited. Violations may result in immediate removal.
Commissions and Cookie Window: Approved affiliates earn a commission of 25% per sale. A 90-day cookie window applies – meaning you receive credit for purchases made within 90 days of a referral click. Commission applies only to valid, completed transactions and excludes refunds or chargebacks.
Payments: Payouts are managed by Lemon Squeezy. Affiliates must meet payout thresholds and provide accurate payment details. Processing fees may apply.
Promotions and Materials: Affiliates may use links, banners, and approved creatives provided by Bitzag. Modification of branding, logos, or claims without consent is not permitted.
Termination: Bitzag reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliate accounts at any time for violations of these Terms or conduct deemed harmful to Bitzag’s reputation.
Independent Relationship: Affiliates act as independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates any employment, partnership, or agency relationship.
Your participation in the Affiliate Program indicates your agreement to these Terms. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Questions may be directed to: [email protected]
